These Terms of Use govern access to and use of https://www.andimasocial.com/ and the AndimaSocial services operated by Andima W.P. Solutions, Romania ("AndimaSocial", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
AndimaSocial is a business social-media management platform. Depending on your plan and the permissions you grant, it may connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts, create or schedule posts, display publishing reports, and provide comment, messaging, automation, analytics, and ecommerce tools. Features may change as third-party platforms and their policies change.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the business or organization whose assets you connect. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at admin@andimasocial.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may connect only Pages and Instagram Professional accounts that you are authorized to manage. AndimaSocial uses Meta permissions only for the functions you request and only after you grant access. You can disconnect an account in AndimaSocial or revoke access in Meta settings. Meta services are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. under Meta's own terms and policies; we do not control their availability, review decisions, rate limits, or API changes.
You retain ownership of text, images, videos, links, and other content you provide. You grant AndimaSocial a limited right to host, process, format, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service and carry out your publishing or scheduling instructions. You are responsible for reviewing the selected destination, content, timing, and permissions before saving a post.
You must not use AndimaSocial for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, unsolicited, or unauthorized content or messaging; attempt to access assets you do not manage; collect or disclose data without a lawful basis; bypass platform safeguards or rate limits; distribute malware; interfere with the service; or violate Meta policies or other applicable third-party rules.
Paid features, limits, billing periods, and prices are shown before purchase. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, access to paid features lasts for the purchased period. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about a plan or invoice.
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, hosting issues, and third-party API changes may temporarily affect features. Support requests may be submitted through the support area or by email.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected assets, the service, or third-party platforms; investigate misuse; comply with law; or address non-payment. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Data handling after disconnection or deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
AndimaSocial software, branding, layout, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Andima W.P. Solutions. These Terms do not transfer those rights. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AndimaSocial is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for indirect losses, content or actions chosen by users, or failures caused by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that may apply. Romanian courts have jurisdiction where legally permitted. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change; the new version and date will be posted on this page.
