Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Andima W.P. Solutions ("AndimaSocial", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and deletes information when you use https://www.andimasocial.com/, including its integrations with Meta, Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.

1. Information we collect

AndimaSocial account data. We process the name, email address and authentication information you provide, together with security and technical data such as session identifiers, IP address, browser type and relevant activity logs.

Meta platform data. Only after you choose to connect Meta, we may receive your app-scoped Facebook user ID, name and email; the IDs, names and access tokens of Facebook Pages you manage; Page posts, media and engagement information; the ID, username and basic metadata of an Instagram professional account linked to a Page; content you choose to publish; and the result or permalink returned after publishing. AndimaSocial never receives your Facebook or Instagram password.

2. How Meta permissions are used

  • public_profile and email: identify you and support optional Facebook sign-in to AndimaSocial.
  • pages_show_list: show the Facebook Pages that you manage so you can select which Page to connect.
  • pages_read_engagement: display Page content and engagement information inside AndimaSocial and verify publishing results.
  • pages_manage_posts: create and schedule posts only on Pages that you select and are authorized to manage.
  • instagram_basic: identify and display the linked Instagram professional account and its basic media information.
  • instagram_content_publish: publish the image or video content that you create, approve or schedule in AndimaSocial.

We request Meta permissions at the time they are needed. You decide whether to grant them and which eligible business assets to connect. Denying or withdrawing a permission may disable the related feature but does not prevent use of unrelated parts of AndimaSocial.

3. Why we process information

We process information to authenticate users, connect selected social accounts, create and schedule social posts, display publishing reports, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain the security and reliability of the service. Processing is based on your request to use the service, your consent where required, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting AndimaSocial.

4. Automated publishing

Automated publishing occurs only after an authorized user connects a Page or Instagram professional account and creates, approves or schedules content. You can edit or cancel pending content in AndimaSocial, disconnect an account, or revoke access in Facebook settings. We do not publish to assets that you have not selected or are not authorized to manage.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell Meta platform data or share one customer's connected social data with another customer. We share information only as needed with Meta to perform requested API actions, with hosting and security providers acting on our instructions, or when required by law. Service providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and must protect it.

6. Storage, security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to authorized personnel and systems. Meta access tokens and connected-account records are retained while the integration remains active or as needed to complete scheduled actions. When you disconnect or delete the integration, we remove active tokens, connected Page/Instagram records and pending automated jobs associated with that connection. Limited security and transaction logs may be retained for up to 90 days; residual copies in routine backups are removed on the normal backup rotation, ordinarily within 30 days, unless a longer period is legally required.

7. Your choices and rights

You may access, correct or delete your AndimaSocial account information, disconnect connected assets, withdraw Meta permissions, or object to certain processing. You may also remove Andimatools from Facebook's Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings. Revoking access stops future API activity for that connection.

To request deletion or exercise a privacy right, email admin@andimasocial.com. Please identify the AndimaSocial account concerned. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

8. Facebook data deletion requests

When Meta sends a valid signed data-deletion request to our configured callback, AndimaSocial verifies the request, removes data associated with the Facebook app-scoped user ID, disconnects related Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts, stops their scheduled jobs, and returns a confirmation URL and confirmation code. You may also request deletion directly using the contact address above.

9. Cookies

AndimaSocial uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, language preferences and core service operation. You can control optional browser storage through your browser settings, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent login.

10. International transfers, children and changes

Where information is processed outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law. AndimaSocial is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the new version and update date will be posted here.
